I spent the last nearly two weeks in L.A. at a photography meet up for those of us working with the ‘Beloved’ technique. On the last day in CA I drove down to Laguna where I had scheduled Solo Beloved portrait session. Couldn’t ask for a better day to shoot on. I also moved up the move date for my business and myself.
Whoever said CA isn’t a good place and nothing good comes from it needs to bite their tongue :)

Finding a good cause to be part of should be a requirement of existing. There are a great deal out there and then there are a great deal of fake charity causes out there. You gotta do your research.
Anyhow I’ve participated in many organizations running from PETA, Greenpeace, etc. However one that I find most important would be. Invisible Children. The work they do to cause awareness and change in Uganda is remarkable. I spoke to one of the members of the organization while at a Death Cab For Cutie concert a week back and became more impressed with them.
Now how does this tie into my photography work being this is a Tumblr dedicated to behind the scenes of my photography? I want to somehow incorporate my biz into their world. Not sure how yet but I’ll keep y’all posted. Until then get involved with Invisible Children or find a charity you can help…

I am a huge fan of Vegas by night. It’s a whole other world. Volunteering for the Fabulous Sin City Roller Girls teams in Vegas provides me countless chances to be in Vegas by night fall. I love photographing the lights. I’m most excited for December 4th as I’m running the “Strip at Night Half/Full Marathon.” I’m actually working on a was to photograph the race even while I run it. The event starts south strip at Mandalay Bay up to Freemont Street and back. If you do the full marathon it then extends west. I’m only doing the half though. I’ll keep you posted…
